Melba Ree Williams

Melba Ree Williams, age 91, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. She was born in 1930, to the late Paul and Leona Martin. Melba was a member of Coal Mtn. Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Homer D. Williams; and siblings, Mahlon Martin and Drucilla Mashburn.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Sam) Mashburn, and Darrell (Donna) Williams; grandchildren, Amanda Ream and Abby Dover; 2 great grandchildren, Alleigh Ream and Drew Ream; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Gary Martin and Rev. Danny Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
