Melita Alline Struve

Melita Alline Struve, age 68, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023. She was born in 1955, to Aaron Barnett Dodd and Mary Frances Dodd. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, quilting, farming and especially her chickens. Melita was all about her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jack Struve; mother, Mary Dodd; children, Mark Smith, J.K. Struve, Cynthia Luper, and Nicholas Struve; siblings, Cheryl Dodd, Ronald Dodd, and Denise Bailey; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Pastor John Gherardini officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
