Meredith L. Mason

Meredith L. Mason, age 82, of Cumming, GA passed away May 15, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, G. L. & Kathleen Mason, daughter, Melanie Mason, Brothers, G.L. & Henry Mason, and sister Adrian Lawrence. He was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church and loved his Sunday School Class, The Fellowship Class. He loved to study God’s word.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech University with a master’s degree and an avid golfer. 

 He is survived by his wife, Lanelle Mason, son, John Mason (Jessica), Stepdaughters, Michele Honea (Chris), Tonya Wallace (Howard), stepson, Marty Garrett, sister, Kathleen Torre, grandchildren, Austin, Kaden, Leland & Elijah Mason, Jason Picklesimer (Nikki), Kristin Nettles (Shannon), Sallie Coussan (Christian), Cora Haithcock (Mason) Maggie Wallace and three great grandchildren, Addison, Woodson, & Camille.

 Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, May 20, 2024, in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Martin, Rev. Danny Bennett, & Rev. John Mason officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
