Nellie Mary Howarth

Nellie Mary Howarth, age 72, of Cumming, GA, passed away on June 28, 2016, at her residence. Nellie was born in Burgaw, North Carolina in 1944, to the late Sam and Mary Vdovich. She was a retiree of North Forsyth High School, where she showed her love for kids and education as a teacher. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and an awesome cook. She will be missed dearly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Howarth. Ms. Howarth is survived by her children, Kristen (Preston) Gardom of Cumming, GA, Craig (Susan) Howarth of Johns Creek, GA, and Brad Howarth of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Landon, Mason, and Charlotte Gardom all of Cumming, Ga; sister, Stella Gluszczak of Ontario, Canada; brother, Nick Vdovich of Burgaw, NC; family cat Buster; along with many other loving friends and relatives. The Memorial Service for Ms. Howarth will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016, at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home.
