Nora Christine Hemrick

Nora Christine DeLong Hemrick, age 100, of Cumming, passed away on March 30, 2014. She was a home maker, loved cooking and working with her flowers, loved children and cared for many. Nora was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Hemrick, son, James Ted Hemrick, grandson, Jeromy Hemrick. She is survived by her children, Barbara Whitmire of Cumming, Alvin and Grace Hemrick of Dawsonville, Elizabeth and Benny Boling of Cumming, Linda and Andy Clemons of Dawsonville and Wendol and Sue Hemrick of Cumming; 15 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service for Mrs. Hemrick will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Brookwood Baptist Church. Rev. Chris Grinstead officiating. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Wednesday from 9 A.M. until the hour of service.
