Norbert Querido

Norbert Querido, a beloved husband, father, and friend to many, peacefully departed this world at the age of 87 on April 29, 2024, in Cumming, GA, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, Norbert spent his youth alongside his two brothers, Tony and Samuel. He pursued his passion for mechanical engineering, dedicating himself to his studies and eventually embarking on a fulfilling career in the field.

Norbert is survived by his devoted wife, Inocencia Bersalona, his son Ronald Querido, daughter-in-law Amy Querido, and his cherished grandchildren, Jasmine and Zachary. He now reunites in heaven with his parents, Cornelia and Emiliano, and his brothers, Tony and Samuel, who preceded him in death.

Known for his love of tennis and bowling, Norbert enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren, showering them with affection and creating lasting memories together.

Norbert's professional achievements were notable, including his involvement in the construction of the largest desalination plant in Saudi Arabia, where he applied his mechanical engineering expertise. He concluded his career with the Army Corps of Engineers, where his dedication and diligence were highly esteemed.

 A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 15^th, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home.
