Norris Lamar “Cabbage” Pendley
Norris Lamar “Cabbage” Pendley, 85, of Dawsonville, GA passed away June 27, 2023. Lamar was born in Cumming, GA to the late Clyde and Eva Aaron Pendley. Mr. Pendley was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helon Voyles Pendley.
Mr. Pendley is survived by his children, Russ Pendley, Octavia Deuschle; brothers, Larry (Connie) Pendley and Loyd (Margie) Pendley; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, John (Diane) Mclean, Linda McLemore; grandchildren, Eleanor Whyte, Kathleen Deuschle, Beau Deuschle; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, July 1, 2023, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Bennett, Rev. Travis Bridgeman, and Rev. Jackie Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming, GA.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 29, 2023, and Friday, June 30, 2023, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040.
