OPAL S. MAYO, 90, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday May 17th, 2011 at Emory University Hospital Atlanta.

Funeral Services will be held at Miller Funeral Home, 1941 Carter Avenue in Ashland, Kentucky on Saturday May 21st, 2011. Entombment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Home on Friday May 20th, 2011 from the hours of 5-7pm.
