Patricia G. Pizzeck

Patricia G. Pizzeck passed away Monday, May 30, 2011 at the age of 77. Mrs. Pizzeck was a resident of Cumming, GA since leaving her hometown of New Orleans after Katrina. Although sadden to move from her beloved Louisiana she quickly fell in love with Georgia!! Everyone treated her kindly and were always so attentive to her talkative spirit. Pat loved all her caregivers and her friends from Compassionate Hospice of NE GA, Northside Hospital Forsyth, the Kroger Pharmacy as well as all the gracious employees of Publix on Browns Bridge Road. But most importantly her family and she was deeply thankful for the rare and genuine folks with Stay At Home lead by Janie Davis who made such a difference in Pats life. Pat was a teacher by trade which she personified through a lifelong dedication to learning. She was knowledgeable, worldly, well- informed and always interested in discussing current events with others She is survived by her three sons; Eric Pizzeck of Houston, TX, Coady Pizzeck of Cumming, GA, Kurt Pizzeck of Lafayette, LA; four grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter, Jessica and Skip Pizzeck; and a niece Barbara Gauthier. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday June 2nd from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
