Paul Michael Nix

Paul Michael Nix, age 68, of Cumming, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Michael was a devoted Christian and was a lifelong member of Roanoke Baptist Church where he was a home preacher. He was known as a kind loving man, who loved his family. To know him was to love him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Hubert & Velma Mooney Nix, brothers, Tony Nix, Winford Nix, and Wayne Nix, and sister, Sara Nix. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Margie Stanford Nix; daughter and son in-law, Tammy & Keith Bagwell; son and daughter in-law Mark & Kaymon Nix; grandchildren and their spouses, Haley & Bryne Barnett, Jacob Stanley, Ella Bagwell, Easton Nix, Kade Nix, Annabelle Nix; great grandchildren Camryn Barnett, Caroline Barnett; sisters, Janice (Morris) Sweatman, Kelly (Jason) Martin; several nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, June 18, 2022, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Clark Watson, Pastor Jamie Sanford, and Pastor Joe Hulsey officiating. Interment will follow at Roanoke Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, June 17, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory
