Penny Louise Russell, age 39, of Cumming passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016. A compassionate, loving person, Penny was a devout mother and wife to her husband and 2 sons. Family and friends were of the utmost importance in her life, always putting others before herself offering selfless works to all individuals in her path. It's amazing how one person can touch the lives of so many. Survivors include her husband, Steven Russell; sons, Tyler and Camden Russell, all of Cumming; father, David Pitts; mother, Dora Haggerty, both of Dadeville, AL; sisters, Brenda Hartley of Jacksons Gap, AL, Michelle King of Dadeville, AL; brothers, Tony Pitts of Dadeville, AL, Jeff Pitts of Alexander City, AL; several nieces and nephews.
