EASTABROOKS, Philip L. Eastabrooks, 78, of Cumming, GA, passed Thursday, March 7, 2013.
Beloved father and grandfather, he was born February 12, 1935 in Albany, NY and was an alum of Hebron Academy in Maine and Harvard University, class of 1957. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Korea, was an entrepreneur and was loved by many. Survived by three sons, David (Anna) Eastabrooks, Stephen (Kristin) Eastabrooks and Jeffrey (Dana) Eastabrooks; grandchildren, Jonathan, Sarah, Caroline, Catherine, Evan, Isabella and great-grandson, Ricky; sister, Sue (Ned) Handy and brother, Samuel Eastabrooks, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Diane. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in the Chapel of Byars Funeral Home, Cumming, GA with private family interment services in Canton National Cemetery.
