Ray Stuart

Ray Stuart, age 76, of Cumming passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014. Ray was a man who loved his family and would do anything for them. He coached both of his sons in basketball, a sport he played while serving in the U.S. Navy on the All Navy Basketball team in Hawaii. Ray was also an avid golfer. He had a 54 year career as an engineer in satellite communications. A long-time member of Dunwoody Baptist Church, Ray attended Browns Bridge Community Church. He is preceded in death by his son, John Reagan Stuart. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Georgia L. Stuart of Cumming; sons, Bradley Stuart and David Stuart both of Cumming; grandsons, Justin Cole Stuart and Brandon Tyler Stuart. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Huskins. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until hour of the service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
