Talitha Rebecca Hendon

Talitha Rebecca Carter Hendon, 84, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 of natural causes. She was predeceased by her husband, Larry Vickers Hendon and is survived by her son Vance and his wife Kim, her granddaughter Elizabeth and her husband Jared, her granddaughter Lucy and her husband Rob, and great-granddaughters McKenzie and Claire. The funeral will be a private ceremony with only family members present. 

Talitha loved painting, Dr. Pepper, and playing board games with her grandchildren. She was an avid learner and reader. Talitha enjoyed spending time with her friends on their weekly lunch dates. She was proud of her alma mater, Truett McConnell, and served her community by working at the Forsyth County Board of Education for many years. She will be missed by her family and friends and fondly remembered.
