Rev. Clyde Wilson Boling

Clyde Wilson Boling, age 83, Cumming, GA.  He was born July 13, 1938 and made his journey home early Friday morning January 28, 2022 to be with his Lord and Savior.

Clyde was the fifth child of eleven born to Virginia (Purcell) Boling and Malachi Rubin Boling.

He was a loving husband, daddy, grandpa, brother, uncle, pastor, friend and neighbor.

Clyde was a called man of God, who preached the gospel and pastored many churches over his lifetime. There is no doubt seeds were planted in the hearts of those within the sound of his preached word, the gospel.

He was also an avid home gardener, taking much pride in seeing things grow from being nurtured by his care, and beamed with pride at harvest time once God hath “given the increase”.

Clyde is preceded in death by his parents Malachi and Virginia Boling, Curtis, Pete, Wynelle, Roger, Clinton and Marcus.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Gloria Hyde Boling, daughters Darleen (Rodney) Bailey, Deborah (Guy) Worley, and Gwen (Yogi) Graham grandchildren Megan Worley, Ryan Worley and granddaughter-in-love Josie Graham Sharp, sisters Doris, Phyllis, Gail, Rachel and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday February 01, 2022 at New Harmony Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Tuesday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
