REX OTIS BIENZ age 83 Died December 20th, 2017.
He is the beloved husband of Jacqueline, they were married over 40 years. Their combined family consisted of 8 children Susan Silva, Daniel Bienz, Lawrence Bienz, Eugene Bienz, John Bienz, Doreen Kortman, Sharon Christensen and Audrey Wise and 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
BORN October 19, 1934 at Swedish Hospital in Seattle, Washington. He grew up in Everett, Washington. He lived in California before moving back to Washington State in 1974 He and his wife lived in New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida moving for work
He joined the US Navy Seabees in 1952 and served a total of 8 years including the end of the Korean War. He worked in and with computers for most of his adult life and retired from Marriott Time share division in 2006.
He loved to travel but his favorite vacation location was Paradise Lodge on Mt Rainier in Washington State. Where he and his wife spent their honeymoon and later with family spent time hiking and camping or just enjoy the scenery.
He loved talking to people and had friends across the country. He will be missed more than words can tell.
A memorial Mass is planned at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Roswell, Georgia on January 13, 2018 at 10:00 am.
