Ronald Allen Dorsey

Ronald Allen Dorsey, 70, of Cumming passed away Friday, April 12, 2019. Ronnie was an Atlanta native, graduating from Briarcliff High School. He was well known as a friendly man, having never met a stranger. A U.S. Army veteran, Ronnie served 3 tours in Vietnam and received a Purple Heart, the Medal of Honor and a Bronze Star for the injuries he sustained. He was the owner of Ronnie Dorsey Plumbing. Ronnie is preceded in death by his son, David Allen Dorsey.

Survivors include his daughter, Brooke Dorsey; a brother, Ray Dorsey; his sister, Jackie Humphries; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will hold a private memorial service.
