Ronnie Wayne Scroggins

Ronnie W. Scroggins, 61, died in his sleep at his home in Cumming, Georgia, on April 16, 2015, from a heart attack.
Ronnie was a loving father, grandfather and a loyal friend. He was sensitive, caring and enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. He was a hard worker and was very dedicated to his family and loved ones. Though Heaven gained an angel, he will truly be missed here on Earth!
Ronnie was born April 10, 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia was a lifelong area resident. He worked as an auto mechanic with his great friend Bobby Castleberry at Castleberry''s Garage.
He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy & Reede Lawman, Jackie & Dwayne Mulkey and Tabitha & Blake Stubbs; grandchildren TJ Mulkey, Brittney Mulkey and Paisley Stubbs; great-grandchild Liam Heilman; sisters, Becky Ray, Linda McAdams, Mary Gay, Carolyn Scroggins; brothers, Hubert Scroggins and Ralph Scroggins, his girlfriend Denise Akers, his dog Flash and numerous cousins, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sanford A. Scroggins and Emma Lou Whitmire Scroggins and his three brothers, David, Danny & Bobby Scroggins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Byars Funeral Home at 155 Professional Park Dr., Cumming, GA 30040. A service in his honor will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Worship Center, located at 315 Kelly Mill Rd, Cumming, GA 30040.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ronnie may be made to the Humane Society in your local area.
