Roy Brice Caine Sr

Roy Brice Caine, Sr., age 91 of Cumming, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016. He was a member of Silver Shoals Baptist Church. Roy was a Navy Veteran of World War II where he served on the USS Randolph located in the Pacific Corridor. He served as a deacon at Silver Shoals Baptist Church for many years. Roy was the past master of the Masonic Lodge and a member of Matt Lodge #694 F He was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Caine; his grandson, Benjamin Brice Caine. Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Brice and Gloria Caine of Demorest, Ricky and Joyce Caine of Dawsonville; daughter, Mitzi Caine of Cumming; brothers and sister-in-law, William "Bill" and Janet Lingerfelt of Dahlonega, Buck Lingerfelt of Cumming; sisters, Cora Lee Martin of Cumming, Ovie Elzey of Cumming; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Rawlins, Rev. Tim Biddy, Rev. Harold Bottoms and Vince Caine officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
