Ruth Inez Garrett

Ruth Inez Garrett, age 90, passed away April 23, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of Forsyth County and a member of Concord Baptist Church. She has been a resident of Chestnut Ridge Nursing Facility for the past 16 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Garrett; parents, Lee and Pearl Garrett Ingram; brother, Elson Ingram; sisters, Beatrice Ingram, Mae Ingram, Clara Cole and Alpha Hatton. Survivors include her sister, Sue (Bill) Magnus of Cumming; nephews, Billy (Julie) Magnus II of Buford, Jay (Amber) Hatton of Laurel, Montana, Jim Hatton of Kentucky; Jeff Hatton of Kentucky; nieces, Misty Wilson of Dawsonville, Joyce Hatton of Kentucky and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Silver City, GA.
