Sally D. Thompson

Sally D. Thompson, age 59, of Alpharetta, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011. She loved horses and was a horse instructor. Survivors include her husband of 40 years Jeffrey Thompson of Alpharetta; sons and daughters-in-law, Brandon and Tiffany Thompson of Woodstock, Tim and Paola Thompson of Cumming; grandchildren, Eden, Gabriel and Andrea; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Steve Heverly of PA, Betsy and Tom Sturtsman of VA; brothers and sister-in-law, William and Ginny Edelblute of PA, Scott Edelblute of PA; and other relatives also survive. A Visitation will be held Monday, January 2, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home. Final resting Inurnment will be at the Alto Rest Cemetery in Altoona, PA during the summer of 2012. Date and time will be announced. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Embracing Hospice 8013 Majors Road, Cumming, GA 30041. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
