Samuel Vincent Mumpower, 2 months of Blue Ridge, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Shane and Berea Heatley, Sherry Lovelace and Jeffrey Livingston; great grandparents, Brenda and Jerry Smith and Jallie and Vincine Caudill. Survivors include his parents, Byron and Emily Mumpower; brother and sister, Nathaniel Mumpower and Olivia Mumpower. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 23rd at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dave Holbrook officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
