Sharon Criau

Sherri Criau, 62, of Alpharetta passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019. Sherri was born May 13, 1957 in Thomaston, GA and grew up in Chamblee where she was a member of Donaldson Drive Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Chamblee High School, Class of 1975. Sherris home away from home was Myrtle Beach and she always loved to laugh. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter and sister, she always gave a helping hand to everyone.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Marc Criau; her daughter, Cindy Fuller; her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Angie Criau; AL; mother, Rosette Criau of Alpharetta; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Debbie Hewett. Sherri was known as Amal to her grandchildren, Ansley and Brianna Fuller, Kylie Criau, Kristopher Mann, and Kristina and Gilbert Ramirez; and her great grandson, Mateo Ramirez. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Juanita Hewett, father, Clarence Henry Hewett, and her stepmother, Evelyn Ruby Hewett.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Timothy Kinney officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for ovarian cancer research.
