Shelia Clark

Shelia Clark, age 60, of Cumming, GA, passed away on May 2, 2021. She was born in 1961, to the late Ralph and Betty Jean Thompson. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. Shelia was employed with the Forsyth County Planning and Zoning for 20 years. She loved her horses and dogs. She enjoyed photography, crafts, fishing, cooking, and going to camp meeting. She loved her family and church family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jason Thompson.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, David Clark; sons and daughters-in-law, Dusty (Lorrie) Clark, and David (Candi) Clark; sisters and brother-in-law, Sherrie (Lenn) Chadwick, and Sharon Thompson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger Thompson (Karen Cates), Kenneth Thompson, and Ronald (Elaine) Thompson; grandchildren, Elijah Clark, Wil Clark, and Lily Clark; many nieces and nephews; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Dusty Holtzclaw, Rev. Garry English, and Rev. Wilson Pruitt. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
