Susan Lowe Borucki

Mrs. Susan Lowe Borucki, age 59 of Cumming, GA, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, August 8, 2009. She was born on August 13, 1949 in Munich, Germany to Col. (ret). William H. and Mrs. Elizabeth Blackmon Lowe. As a child, Susan lived in Germany, France and England as well as several states. She was a dedicated Christian and an inspiration to many during her life and especially during her battle with cancer. Over the years, Susan led numerous Bible studies and worked in childrens ministries. She was a member of First Redeemer Church in Cumming, and was formerly an elementary school teacher as well as a paraprofessional in schools in Georgia and Florida. Susan formed life long friendships with those she met in her various church and educational communities. Survivors include her husband, Mike; daughter, Carolyn, son, Michael; sister and brother-in-law, Holly and Roy Singleton. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 12th at 11:00 am in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Schmid officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11th from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations in her memory to the First Redeemer Church, Missions Fund, 2100 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041 or Embracing Hospice, 8013 Majors Road, Cumming, GA 30041.
