Susan C. Weiss

Susan C. Weiss, 78, of Cumming, GA passed away December 18, 2023.  Mrs. Weiss was born in Westbury, New York to the late John and Emiliana Connors. Susan was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA. 

Susan, AKA “Nan” was a devout Mother. Ensuring her children were raised in the Catholic  church. Nan loved her GrandChildren, and spending time with each of them. She was an avid card player and especially loved 7 card stud Poker. Susan enjoyed shopping and finding the best deals. She will be greatly missed. 

Mrs. Weiss was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Weiss, and son,  Paul “Scott “ Janicke. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Mary & Sam McKay, Katie Weiss & Rusty Sword, John & Elizabeth Weiss; brother and sister in-law, Skip & Ellen Connors; 6 grandchildren: Hunter & Connor McKay, James & Bridgette Sword, Talia & Chani Weiss ; and nephews.

Funeral mass will be held 10 Am Friday, January 5th, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA. 

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 4th 2024,  from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or to the North Fulton County Charities Organization.
