Tate Head

Tate Head, age 76, of Cumming, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013. Tate was a resident of Cherokee County for 59 years and a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Peggy Head; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Kim Head; granddaughters, Brittney and Lauren Head; brother and sister-in-law, A.W. and Mae Head; brother, Arthur Head; sister and brother-in-law, Matt and Tony Sheriff; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ben and Thelma Gilbert, Bonnie Wright, Bob and Fairy Gilbert, Willie B. Edwards; several nieces and nephews and other loved ones and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Purcell, Rev. Clyde Boling, Rev. Sammy Wright and Rev. Shaun Wright officiating. Interment will follow at New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 P.M. until 9 P.M., and Sunday from 10 A.M. until the hour of the service.
