Terry Douglas Wooten

Terry Douglas Wooten, age 62 of Cumming, GA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 20, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Dorothy (Shadrick) Wooten; and brother, Robert "Happy" Wooten. Terry is survived by his brothers and sisters along with several nieces and nephews. Terry was a United States Army Veteran serving in Germany during the Vietnam War. He will be greatly missed. Sisters are, Wanda Hogan of Cleveland, TN, Darlene and Russell Blevins of Ringgold, GA, Linda and Edward Mitchell, Candy Wooten, Lecia Foster, all of Lafayette, GA. Brothers are, Alvin (Jr.) and Nancy Wooten of Cumming, GA, Jack and Debbie Phillips of Lafayette, GA, Johnny and Allison Wooten of Woodstock, GA. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Haskins, Dr. Childs and Dr. Borrego. We would also like to extend a special thanks to Northside Hospital Forsyth staff and Embracing Hospice of Cumming. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 1:00 pm at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Lafayette, GA, with Pastor Randy Avans officiating.
