Terry Lee Sams

Terry Lee Sams, 52, a native of Cumming, Ga passed away Saturday, October 16th, 2021. Terry was a family man and always loved with his whole heart. He never hesitated to help someone over his own needs. His favorite pastime was spending time with family and especially his two grandsons, Jamie & Dylan. He was looking forward to meeting his new grand baby in February. Terry worked in construction for 35 years with Greg Knight Construction Company.

He is proceeded in death by his father and mother, Glenn and Margie Sams, brother Jamie Sams, brother Jeff Sams, and sister Brenda Sams Nichols.

Survivors include his life long companion and best friend, Tina Keys Sams; daughter Diana Sams; son Marcus Sams; grandsons Jamie (15) and Dylan (12) Anderson; sister Linda Sams Wallace, brother Larry Sams, and brother and sister-in-law Jerry & Jill Sams. He is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services are schedule for 2:00 PM Thursday October 21, 2021 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Richard & Rev. George Sams officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
