Thelma Joyce Farmer

Thelma Joyce Ash Farmer born April 21, 1940 in Lawrenceville Georgia and passed away February 17, 2017. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4 at Crest Lawn Memorial Park, 2000 Marietta Blvd Atlanta, with Reverend Ben Stover officiating. Mrs. Farmer was preceded in death by her parents, Brunell and Ruth Phillips Ash, her son, Howard Jackson Ragan Jr. and sister, Linda Ash de Leon. She is survived by her loving husband, Oakley (Buster) Farmer, Loganville, daughter Gila (Martin) Ragan Hoover, Cumming, grandchildren Bryan (Cheryl) Ragan, Durham NC, Kara (Dan) Hoover Powell, Indian Trail NC, Mason Ragan Hoover and Madison Ragan Hoover, Cumming Ga, great granddaughters, Lindsey Powell, Lauren Powell and Bryanna Ragan, sisters Elaine Ash Johnson, Smyrna Ga., Jill (Larry) Ash Allen, Cleveland Ga. and brother Bill (Harriet) Ash, Dallas, Ga.
