Theodore John Suranie Jr.

Theodore John Suranie Jr., 83, of Cumming, GA passed away on January 20, 2023. Ted was born on June 1, 1939 in  Woonsocket, Rhode Island.  He is survived by his loving spouse of 64 years, Sandra Suranie; his children David and Derek Suranie (Jill); his three granddaughters, Chelsea, Beth, and Emma. 

Ted spent the last 18 years in Cumming, GA enjoying gardening and spending time with friends and family.  He spent time on his passion for flowers and woodworking.  Ted was a kind gentle man that always had a kind word for others and enjoyed meeting new people anywhere. Ted was an avid New England Sports Fan and he enjoyed discussing the Super Bowl Wins of the New England Patriots and the World Series wins of The Boston Red Sox.  He never met a stranger that he didn’t like. He will be missed by so many but never forgotten.

A service will be held at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton GA on February 3^rd.
