Thomas Everett "boot&a Tallant

Thomas Everett Boot Tallant, age 81, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a preceded in death by his first wife, Celeste Tallant; sister and brother-in-law, Imogene and Franklin Groover; parents, Ebb and Jewell Tallant and his grandson, Eric Tallant. Survivors include wife, Vera Tallant of Cumming; daughter, Faye Holbrook and friend Jay Pifer of Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Lamar and Linda Tallant of Cumming; grandchildren, Shane and Nikki Martin, Brett Tallant, Jamie Tallant; great grandchildren, Hunter Martin and Kendal Martin; sister-in- law, Molene Worley; several nieces and other relatives survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 8, at 2:00 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Byrd, Rev. Bud Sutton, Rev. Jackie Stewart and Rev. Norman Carney officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m., Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until hour of service at the funeral home. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
