Thomas Loren Tommy Morgan, age 74, of Cumming, GA, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017. Tommy was a Christian, faith builder and prayer warrior. And as most people described him he was One of a kind and always smiling. Tommy retired from Robert M. Anderson, Inc. and was one of the best track hoe operators around. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Paralee Morgan, brother, Bill Morgan; and sister, Liz Thacker.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Diane Morgan of Cumming, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Greg (Sandy) Morgan of Bartlett, TN, David (Leslie) Morgan of Campbell, MO, and Brad (Angie) Morgan of Cumming, GA; step-daughters, Lois Beltz, Patty York and Deanna Aney; grandchildren, Leandra and Marissa Morgan, David Jr. (Cindy) Morgan, Tiffany (Trevor) Murdock, Bradley II (Chandler) Morgan, Matthew and Jake Morgan; step-grandchildren, Monte, Mitchell, Seth, Jessica, Dustin, Courtney and Anthoney; 4 step great grandchildren, brother and sisters-in-law, Robert Arthur (Barbara) Morgan of Jefferson City, MO, and Alma Morgan of Campbell, MO; sister and brothers-in-law, Bootie (Dennis) Frantz of Mascoutah, IL, Richard Butch Thacker of Poplar Bluff, MO and Bill Eaker of Malden, MO; mother of his sons, Leeta Linville of Campbell, MO; along with several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 1, 2017, at 4 pm at Ingram Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 7:30 pm in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Bailey officiating. There will be a visitation on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, MO. from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, MO.
