Tina Naomi Pugh Fowler

Tina Naomi Pugh Fowler, age 85, of Auburn, GA, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Tina was born in 1936, to the late Jasper and Savannah Pugh. She was a longtime resident of Forsyth County. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Chesley Lee Fowler; son, Alan Lamar Burnette; daughter, Beverly Diane Herring; siblings, Amos Pugh, Fred Pugh, J.W. Pugh, Eugene Pugh, and Pat Farmer.

She is survived by her children, Edward (Vivian) Burnette, Stacey Riley, John (Mary) Fowler, and Cheryl (Brandon) Dowdy; grandchildren, Heather (Waymon) Bagwell, Amber (Benny) Hudson, Daniel Herring, Johnthan Herring, Alexis Faith Dowdy, and Lily Rose Fowler; great grandchildren, Zebb (Brittany) Rutledge, Desi Whitley, Quan Starks, Jayden Burnett, and Maliya Davis; sister and brothers-in-law, Gloria Jean and Marshal Staton, and Leroy Farmer; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Henry Lackey officiating. Interment will follow art Corinth Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
