Tony Evans

Tony Evans, age 64, of Cumming GA passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021. He was a member of Pine Crest Baptist Church. He was retired from Sawnee EMC where he was known as "Big E". He loved his family and church family. Tony was preceded in death by his parents, JB & Nellie Evans.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lisa Evans; son, Blake Evans; daughter, Kayla Evans; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda & Jim Henderson; father-in-law & mother in law, Herbert & Evelyn Dodd; brother-in-law & sisters-in-law; Drew & Angie Allison, Alan & Kristi Thompson; several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 29, at 3:00 PM in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Thompson and Rev. Craig Richard officiating. The interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and on Thursday, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
