Veda Rebecca Pruitt

Veda Rebecca Pruitt, of Canton, GA, age 72, passed away on March 12, 2013. She is preceded in death by her son, Allen Addington and her parents, Alva and Emily Buckley. Survivors include her husband, Bill Pruitt of Canton; children, Tanker (Lucy) Pruitt, Tim Pruitt, Lahna Pruitt, Terri Pruitt, Traci Pruitt, Sherry Addington, Carlene Stidham, Patricia (Mark) Gayton; 2 sisters; 1 brother; grandchildren, Chris (Tori) Gayton, Kristy (Jeremy) Dickerson, Justin Gayton, Dustin Gayton, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Gerral Richards officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 9, Thursday, from 9 to 9 and Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to Hightower Baptist Church. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
