Wanda Jane Fields

Wanda Jane Fields, age 59, of Cumming, GA. passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

She attended the Safe Harbor Church of God of Prophecy. Wanda was retired from the Forsyth County Board of Education after 23 years of service as a bus driver.

She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Troy Sams; her brother, Michael Sams.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Fields; her children, Amy (Stephen) Day, Troy (Ashley) Fields; her mom and step father, Vivian and Kenneth Newberry; grandchildren, Bentley Alan Day, Matthew Alan Fields; brothers and sisters in law, Rev. Darrin (Lynn) Sams, Wayne (Bridget) Sams; sister, Janice Grimes and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrin Sams and Rev. Barney Johns officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Forsyth County special needs students donations can be mailed to Forsyth County Board of Education in Wanda's memory.
