Willene Smallwood

Willene Smallwood, 74, of Cumming passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. Willene was a beautiful, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was full of life and a devoted Christian lady. She enjoyed her flower gardens, bird watching, reading and the beach. Heaven has gained an angel and is now more beautiful with her presence. This is not good-bye, but we will meet again soon. Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, Leonard Smallwood; children, Danny (Lisa) Smallwood of Snellville, Wayne (Tracy) Smallwood of Cumming, Toby (Nylsa) Smallwood of Roswell; grandchildren, Ivy and Spencer Smallwood, Billy and Michael Coats, Sydney and Cohen Holton; great grandchildren, Sawyer and Addison Smallwood, Abigail Coats; sisters, Verna Smith of Cumming, Pat Brumbelow of Cumming. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 19, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Weldy, Rev. Henry Wade and Rev. Larry Vaughan officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
