William L. "bud&quot Gentry, Jr

Mr. William L. Bud Gentry, Jr., age 74, a life-long resident of Forsyth County, GA passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010. He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church and attended Castleberry Road Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the IBEW Local 613. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Helen Gentry and son Mark Gentry. Survivors include his daughters Sandra Gentry and fianc Scott Piotrowski of Jefferson, Elaine Gentry of Cumming, Lisa and husband Scott Hester of Ball Ground; sisters Betty Jo Baker of Cumming and Mary Ann Holden of Michigan; grandchildren Carroll Gayton, Amy Clouse and Haven Hester all of GA; 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Gilbert and Rev. Michael Ridings officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, January 15th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday, January 16th from 9:00 am until hour of service.
