William "Pops" James Fisher

William James Fisher Pops was known for his kindness, generosity, honorable ways and infectious smile. He fought for his country and he fought for his family. He is beloved by all who knew him. He will always be remembered for his kind spirit and simple wisdom. His great loves were his family and his Ford mustangs. He was the most amazing father to his daughter. Always grateful and compassionate, we are all better for knowing him.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jennie and Felix Ambrosetti; sister, Jennie Delo; grandson, Morgan and Courtney Forney; great grandchildren, Aubreigh and Wyatt Forney; along with many other loving relatives.

A graveside service will be held will be held Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
