Willie Frank Tinsley, 77, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on November 16th, 2013.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 19th, 2013 from the hours of 2-9 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 20th, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Mr. Vernon Baptist Church in Dawsonville, Georgia. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
