Mr. Willis Wilbern Peels, 76, of Milton/Alpharetta, Georgia passed away Saturday evening, July 25, 2020, after a decline in health. Willis was the son of the late Lester and Ellen Peels, born December 17, 1943 in Tellico Plains, Tennessee.

Willis was married to Peggy Dinsmore Peels on December 17, 1961; they were married 58 loving years. Willis was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening and collecting cars among many other things. He never met a stranger and loved sharing his life's stories with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Willis is preceded in death by a sister, Mae (William) Allen; brothers, James (Jean) Peels, Marlin (Faye) Peels, Claymond Peels, Raymond (Toni) Peels; sister-in-law, Elaine Dinsmore; brother-in-law, Merle Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Peels of Milton/Alpharetta; daughters, Sandra (Allen) McConnell of Cumming, Renna (Mark) Flanagan of Milton/Alpharetta; son, Kelton (Tonya) Peels of Gainesville; grandchildren, Tasha (Gary) Pulley of Dahlonega, Alex (Zabby) McConnell of Canton, Wesley, Audrianna and Brandon Peels of Gainesville, Shayla Flanagan of Milton/Alpharetta; great grandchildren, Brooklynn Pulley, Hannah Pulley, Alyssa Pulley, all of Dahlonega; brothers, Marshall (Linnie) Peels, Ronnie (Sandra) Peels, Clarence (Paula) Peels; sisters, Christine (Robert) McDaniel, Alice Davis, Mazel Sloan; brothers-in-law, Troy Jr. Dinsmore, Michael Dinsmore, Floyd (Sally) Martin; sister-in-law, Nancy Moore; and many more nieces and nephews.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 31, at 1:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Gober, Rev. Tony Ledford and Rev. Bud Sutton officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
