Wilma Mooney Vaughn

Wilma Mooney Vaughn, age 67, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Wilma was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Avalene Mooney and her sister, Katherine Tate. Survivors include her sons, Dave (Debbie) Kimbarl, Jerry (Marsha) Kimbarl, Jason (Kelly) Sorrells, Elvis Ferguson; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Martin, Thelma Mooney, Margie Green, Dorothy Reed, Martha Dove; brother, Roger Mooney and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Sawnee View Gardens with Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
